Welcome to the Intelogy Group Web Services Demonstration Site
This site has been designed to demonstrate and explain what web services are, what they do and how they will help your business grow with Mobile Data and Cloud. Full details on technical specifications and system requirements are available through the Specification Tab. Intelogy Group Web Services allows controllable, secure Real Time Access to your data. The data is accessable through the open internet, intranet and mobile services and viewable with most popular web browsers. We have designed the Web Service program to operate in a modular way, allowing you to install individual components as required. Client Services, the first module of Intelogy Web Service, has been designed to allow your Customers to access repair details on-line and in real time. The content of what they are able to see is explained on the Client Tab. The client Web Service Framework can attach to Intelogy - Essentials or Intelogy - Call Center.

Do you do Warranty work? Ever had a Manufacturer ask about a certain repair? Manufacturer Services can be configured to allow access to data based on the charge customer allowing them to review repairs, warranty claims and even spare parts information. Since Intelogy Web Service is modular in design, you can add on as required, or incorporate all modules together, to come up with a solution that will best suit your business. With the "Technician Module", your sales staff can organise their run-sheets online, enquire on availability of parts and order parts for repairs without having to contact the office. Have something that you want to sell online? The online Shopping Cart allows you to sell items from your inventory database within your Intelogy program. Price details, pictures and specials, which are all controlled through the "Intelogy Essentials" or "Intelogy Call Center" applications. Complete Control on all aspects of Intelogy Web Services are possible with the "Administration Module". No matter what modules you purchase, you will always receive the "Administration Module" and the "Intelogy Web Service Configuration Manager".
